Usually my tinnitus is the worst after waking up from a nap or when i fall asleep in the wrong place and have to go back to bed.Also, most people are not usually preoccupied with work or hobbies that early.Often the unwanted noise disappears when you stop using these drugs.Get up at the same time every day.For most tinnitus patients, stress, anxiety and sleep deprivation are the biggest factors.
